Thank you for supporting Ladli Bitiya Foundation. We deeply appreciate your contribution and commitment to our cause. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any donation or membership payment.

1. Donations & Membership Fees

All donations and membership fees made to Ladli Bitiya Foundation are non-refundable. These contributions are used immediately to support our programs and help underprivileged girls with financial aid for their marriage.

2. Error in Transaction

If you believe that an error has occurred in your donation or membership transaction (e.g., duplicate payment, incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and respond accordingly.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved due to a genuine error, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment gateway.
